Manage and reply to inquiry, quotation and reservation of air tickets.Handle operation of group or IT tickets reservation and pricing, refunds/re-booking of tickets.Dealing with various clients and suppliers including internal departments, B2B travel agents and airlines.Monitor and manage collections, issue invoice and payment documents to customers/suppliers.Update and upload of group tickets product into internal booking system.

Proficient in English and MandarinMinimum with Secondary/SPM/'O' Level Diploma, or higher level.Good interpersonal and communication skillsMinimum 1 year working experience in a travel agency (ticketing or series tour operation)Knowledge in using ticketing reservation system (Gallileo, Amadeus or other GDS)Ticket issuance knowledge is preferred but not compulsory.Welcome fresh gradFresher - will provide training
