The Opportunity: RODIN is looking for an enterprising full-time ICT Sales Representative to sell to new customers in the Illawarra region. We are offering a competitive base salary, car allowance and sales commissions.

An uncapped commissions structure is included with this role. The more business you bring in, the more you earn.

Task & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: To identify and transform new business prospects for RODIN’s Managed IT services, including generating and cultivating a list of potential clients through to closing deals.

Your Tasks Will Be But Not Limit To
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Pursue inbound leads enquiries.
• Build pipeline of leads by identifying, researching, and generating new target prospects and setting appointments with qualified decision makers that fit our ideal client profile.
• Prepare, present and follow up proposals to prospects to convert new business opportunities.
• Follow up new prospects and customers and ensure that relationships are nurtured post-sale.
• Recording accurate information on both prospects and your interactions within the CRM.
• Attend and participate in local business networking functions and activities.
• Identify and arrange targeted campaigns that generate new business activity.
• Liaise with the technical team to ensure customer orders are understood.

Qualification & Experience

Essential criteria
• Bachelor Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
• Demonstrated ability and comfortability in working autonomously
• Ability to simplify a client’s complex query
