• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the immigration consulting industry
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
