• On-target earnings Year 1: $75,000+
• On-target earnings Year 2: $90,000+
• Base salary + uncapped commission + sales incentives + benefits

You will be selling GroupHEALTH employee benefits, and GroupHEALTH does employee benefits like no one else. Benelogix is a sales division for the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies and has onboarded over 450 new clients since 2020. We are expanding our verticals and providing our clients with options for individual and group retirement offerings.

• You will speak to Canadian key business leaders about their employee benefits plan, and how their business can improve their current benefits with a GroupHEALTH plan.
• You will convert qualified leads from our internal business development team into opportunities and close new business consistently at or above quota level.
• You will educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, dissecting and qualifying their business goals
• You will work with key business leaders to evaluate their plan, using your exceptional benefits advisory skills to construct a better plan using GroupHEALTH tools. We don't do apples-to-apples, only apples-to-oranges: because of your savvy benefits plan engineering, your prospect will get better than what they currently have.
• Once you have dazzled Canadian business owners with something better and they've agreed to move to a GroupHEALTH plan, you'll pass them to a service team that operates a singular, best-in-class Client Services experience.
• Our best Sales Advisors keep their sales skills sharp by doing their own prospecting, too - when you're training with us, we'll even give you experience working alongside our Business Development team to hone your skills.
• You will provide support to clients by offering virtual team education sessions regarding benefits plans and additional product offerings such as individual life and disability coverages.

• You have minimum 1-2 years of direct sales experience
• LLQP Licensing
• You are a self-starter, will passion and drive to success.
• You are a good communicator both written and verbal.
• You are quick on your feet.
• You are tech savvy.

• Experience in B2B Sales in insurance or group benefits.
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience with a CRM is considered an asset.
