Many upcoming project opportunities: The company have secured many projects in the Southeast which are due to start after Easter 2024, with many more in the pipeline for 2024/2025.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.

At least 3 years experience carrying out full building surveys on residential and commercial properties.

Must have a professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.

Able to travel to our office based in Aylesford, Kent and to our South-East-based projects.

Foundation knowledge of relevant surveying duties and current building regulations.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Experience within the insurance reinstatement sector would be beneficial.

Clean UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
