Job Summary The successful candidate will be a member of our Wealth/Retail business development team for our Taiwan operations, reporting to the team leader. The ideal candidate will need to be a great team player who helped to achieve team’s goal proactively. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Barings Taiwan Wealth/Retail team is responsible for the delivery of Barings’s capabilities in investment to meet clients’ needs. Our clients are Taiwan financial distributors including banks, insurers, and securities companies... Understand the completive landscape to enhance Barings Profile, perception, and business resiliency. Build good client relationship, from gatekeepers to branches of our distributors. Develop and execute business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative team’s goals. Develop an impactful Solutions awareness amongst our client bases. Strong team player and work closely with stakeholders to leverage the firm’s resources. Provide and deliver presentations for sales trainings, clients seminar or client meetings as appropriate to represent Barings. To keep abreast of compliance regulations and requirements. To ensure that all clients and prospects contacts are updated on system. REQUIREMENTS 6 years or above in wealth/retail sales and business development in the funds management industry in Taiwan is preferred. Bachelor’s degree at least and local securities license is required. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills and strong written and oral communication. Strong organising skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Smart and motivated, with a commitment to succeed. A proactive style to develop constructive internal and external relationships.
