The financial analysis and procurement team of the "Renshin" company, within the framework of development investment programs, carries out the selection of partners in a competitive manner, contributes to the processes of cooperation approval, monitoring and analysis.

Along with continuous development, "Renshin" is expanding the team, involving energetic, learning and development, as well as result-oriented employees. We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible specialist to fill the vacant position of a specialist in the cost management department.

The main role of the specialist is to carry out the selection of partners, analysis, analysis of procurement procedures, taking into account the approved budget, schedule, general obligations, incurred costs and management of changes.

The Financial Analysis and Procurement Specialist is a key person in the company's team as a direct participant in the formation of the team of project partners, analysis and coordination of... the company in the market environment.

The specialist directly participates in the decision-making process during the entire project cycle, from partner selection to project completion and commissioning.

• Implementation of tenders: Conducting market studies and tenders: recruiting participants, analyzing proposals and providing conclusions, managing the RFQ, RFP and invitation to tender process, maintaining schedules, notifying, collecting bid documents, arranging meetings, preparing contracts.
• Analysis of commercial proposals: Analysis, evaluation and negotiation of proposals provided by partner organizations,
• Market monitoring: Monitoring of companies in the market, data collection for the purpose of holding tenders.
• Signing of contracts: Drawing up contracts with partners, negotiating and protecting the interests of the company, resolving disagreements with partners,
• Evaluation of Partnerships: Monitoring of partners, analysis of their work, reporting,
• Budgeting: Project budgeting, analysis, change management and evaluation, reporting,
• Financial analysis: Monitoring of financial obligations of contracts, transfer to the accounting department, implementation of measures aimed at improving the company's financial condition, increasing predictability,
• Risk assessment: Evaluation of external influences, macro and microeconomic risks during the entire project cycle and support in decision-making,
• Risk management: Involvement of the company's negotiation instruments, financial instruments and other stakeholders for the purpose of risk management,
• Other assignments as required.


Mandatory Qualificatios Include:
• 4+ years of work experience in purchasing/financial/analytical/accounting fields,
• Higher education, preferably in economics, management, or other financial accounting fields,
• Intermediate and advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace,
• Competent (B2+ level) knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages,
• Strive to improve professional knowledge,

Viewed as an advantage:
• Professional qualifications in procurement, management, construction, engineering, economics, finance (PMP, CFA, CPP, FIDIC and other qualifications)
• Knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Revit, Autodest AutoCAD programs,
• Other qualifications with negotiation, procurement, other applicable skills
• Work experience in international projects (UNDP/EBRD/ADB/EU and others),
• Work experience in the field of urban development,
• Work experience as a construction economist, forecasting specialist,
• Work experience in the hotel industry
