What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager for Mill Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business growth across Vietnam, Laos, and Malaysia. Your primary responsibility will be to offer solutions that drive customer excellence and increase sales volume. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure that all business units collaborate effectively towards achieving shared goals. Your commitment to maintaining high-level professionalism in service delivery will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer excellence and increase sales volume by... offering solutions to existing and prospective Chinese customers
• Propose sales budget, forecast, planning and action plan, ensuring the profitability of projects sold and completion of invoicing
• Ensure customer contacts and relations are systematically monitored
• Work closely with Head of Sales to drive business growth
• Encourage team performance through corporate guidelines and policies
• Maintain high-level professionalism in service delivery while ensuring quality, safety, satisfaction and continuous development

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the pulp & paper industry or similar sectors. With at least seven years' experience in sales roles, you possess strong commercial understanding coupled with excellent communication skills. Your proficiency in English and Chinese languages will be crucial in this role as you interact with diverse customers across different regions. Your target-driven nature combined with your ability to collaborate effectively within a team sets you apart. Above all, your positive attitude and willingness to continually develop yourself make you a perfect fit for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales roles related to pulp & paper business or similar
• Knowledge in engineering techniques with ability to interpret these for customer understanding
• Strong commercial understanding with a customer-oriented approach aligned with business direction
• Familiarity with modern management tools and technology
• Excellent presentation/communication skills with professional demeanour when interacting with customers
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
• Target-driven with strong team collaboration skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to develop self and serve as a role model
