Purpose of Role
• Data driven role, responsible for defining, testing, and measuring marketing team and campaign performance to drive measurable contributions to global order intake and revenue realization.
• Integral in setting targets and goals, collaborating closely with Martech and BI teams to... ensure reporting across stakeholders.
• Additionally, this role requires proficiency in building dashboards to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain key marketing performance dashboards using existing data visualization platforms such Power BI, utilizing your extensive hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Drive the creation and maintenance of data pipelines, including APIs and connectors, to feed key marketing performance measurement dashboards.
• Influence the development of high-complexity dashboards for marketing scorecards, performance metrics, and future modeling initiatives.
• Contribute to the orchestration and visualization of various key performance metrics and indicators.
• Monitor and ensure availability of marketing performance data and dashboard uptime.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor dashboard usage and effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and changes.
• Support strategic planning for marketing functions, measuring broad goals like brand awareness and customer segment attribution.
• Investigate performance in marketing channels / platforms, finding the root cause of performance issues and providing recommendations on how to resolve and drive sales effectiveness
• Map current and potential measurement methods, deploying tactical and strategic techniques for evaluation.
• Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders, influencing company-wide solutions for business data analysis.
• Build strong relationships with regional Sales and cross-functional departments to align with organizational goals.
• Promote a strong data culture throughout the organisation, providing users with self-service tools, training and support.

• Professional Qualifications / Experience:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
• Previous experience in technical B2B or similar environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in building dashboards using a BI tool to visualize and communicate data insights effectively is required.

Key Competencies:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI; SAP, SalesForce, and SQL experience preferred.
• Experience building models using dbt or Dataform.
• Proficient in using Python for exploratory data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience using AutoML tools such as BigQuery ML.
• Experience supporting and analysing large-scale A/B tests.
• Analytical, organized, with excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work creatively, meet deadlines, motivate teams, and propose solutions for stakeholders
