Job Brief:

The Assistant Key Account Manager will support the Key Account Manager in managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients. This role involves assisting in the... development and execution of tailored social commerce strategies to meet clients’ business needs and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in account management, social media marketing, and e-commerce, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support:
• Assist the Key Account Manager in serving as a point of contact for key clients.
• Help in maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to support effective social commerce solutions.

2. Strategy and Execution Support:
• Assist in the development of customized social commerce strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics to support client goals.

3. Project Coordination:
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle with guidance from the Key Account Manager.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Help review and analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for clients.
• Use data-driven insights to support the refinement of strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in presenting results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to internal teams to align efforts with client objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an account support role, preferably in a social commerce or digital marketing agency.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, social commerce trends, and e-commerce.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience with TikTok set up to run effective marketing campaigns is advantageous.
• Marketplace Ecommerce experience is preferred
