• Be member of a global Ayvens IT division delivering BPM solutions for several subsidaries around the world
• Participate in designing and implementation of IT solutions for Ayvens
• Create requirement specification, collect and document business requirements
• Create user and technical documentation
• Application testing, preparation of a test plan, conducting testing
• Taking project administrator roles, participate in creating and updating project plan, communicate with project members
• Organize training and presentations for business users


Profile required
• University degree
• 1-3 years experience as business analyst and/or in project administration
• Industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Precise administration
• Independent ,problem solving personality
• SQL experience, knowing reporting systems is an advantage
• Microsoft Office and Visio knowledge
• Intermediate English... knowledge
