Position: Executive Assistant - LATAM
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST)

Our company is a leading growth equity firm specializing in investments in the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our partners and investment team. This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our investment team by managing complex calendars, screening inquiries, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings/calls, and make travel arrangements for partners and investment team... members.
• Screen inquiries and prioritize matters requiring the attention of investment team members.
• Provide general administrative support across various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
• Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and assist in organizing virtual meetings and events.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an executive assistant or senior-level virtual assistant.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of web-based tools like G Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
• Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and experienced in handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have:
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector or with investment firms.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
