In order to strengthen our focus on innovation and digital product development, we are currently transforming to a central on-prem cloud operation. For this our team needs your support

• Be responsible for the design and planning of our cloud solution architecture, including infrastructure, platform services, security and scalability.
• Plan and create migration strategies and roadmaps to seamlessly transition applications, data and infrastructure to cloud technology while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Build cloud governance frameworks and policies to control the usage, provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with all involved teams, stakeholders and vendors to drive cloud initiatives... gather requirements and communicate the benefits and risks of cloud solutions.
• Create documentation, guidelines and training materials for cloud infrastructure, architecture and best practices to enable efficient use and support of cloud solutions.

• A degree, e.g. in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, economics, digitalization or training in the IT sector.
• A comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies: various cloud platforms, services and technologies (e.g. AWS, OnPrem, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• The ability to design, engineer and plan complex and scalable cloud architectures, taking security, scalability, performance and reliability into account.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and knowledge of using tools a
• Frameworks (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) to define and manage infrastructure in the cloud.Experience automating and orchestrating cloud management tasks using tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes) to enable efficient and repeatable processes.
• A basic understanding of network environments, protocols, VPNs, subnets and firewall configurations in the cloud.
• The ability to analyze, diagnose and develop solutions to complex technical challenges to resolve potential problems in the cloud environment and to present and explain them convincingly.
