Introduction

Support HR Director by managing recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, ensuring compliance with employment equity and ISO standards.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Post-matric qualification in human resources
• 3 years experience in a similar HR Generalist role, preferably within manufacturing and production
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations (BCEA, LRA, COIDA, EEA)
• Familiarity with organisational structures, payroll systems, and time management technologies
• Experience in managing Skills Development and Employment Equity initiatives

Key Performance Areas:
• Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with departmental heads, manage job postings, and liaise with recruitment agencies
• Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary issues, guideline management, and represent the company at CCMA and MEIBC
• Training and Development: Serve as Skills Development Facilitator, manage... training programs, and liaise with MERSETA
• HR Administration: Maintain HR records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure ISO documentation is up-to-date
• Time and Attendance: Oversee the Biosyn facial recognition system and update employee records
• Employment Equity: Support the achievement of the EE Plan and coordinate committee meetings
