Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FinTech, with expertise in agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum. The Product Manager will be crucial in defining product scopes, creating requirements, performing functional tests, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge financial solutions. Experience with American banking systems is essential, and familiarity with loan origination systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Requirement Gathering: Elicit and prioritize product requirements through effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Scrum Team Collaboration: Work closely with agile development teams as a product owner... participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Product Definition: Define clear and concise product scopes, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
• Quality Assurance: Perform functional tests and collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to acceptance criteria throughout the development process.
• Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including feature prioritization, release planning, and communication with stakeholders.

• Advanced level of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the FinTech industry.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience working with American banking systems is essential. Familiarity with loan origination systems is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is advantageous.
• Experience working in the context of an IT Services company for US clients is a plus.
