Job Description
As a Data Analyst , your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our client’s data. Your responsibilities will include daily data input and review, prompt investigation of variances, and assisting the Cash in Transit Manager with service provider relationships. You'll also play a key role in collections oversight and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Here’s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid Shift (3 PM - 12 AM)
Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas

• A level education or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient data manipulation, analytical, and interrogation skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and agreements.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Cash In Transit processes.

What awaits you in this role?
• Inputting and reviewing data on a daily basis and ensuring timely investigation of variances.
• Assisting the Cash in Transit Manager with daily interactions with service providers and NCP operations.
• Following up on site collections – Checking Skidata/Metric/Parkeon systems to verify contracted collections.
• Following up with supplier Monthly Invoicing file – Checking and updating the file of all supplier services for contracted sites.
• Organizing AD-HOC/Recovery collections for missed serviced sites – Directly dealing with collection service providers and Ops Managers.
• Liaising with Finance and Operations, handling queries and requests related to service or cash in transit levels/replenishment.
• Organizing Contract Amendment Request Forms (CARFs) for site openings and closures – Directly dealing with suppliers and bank contacts (required for opening new sites).
• Working effectively with internal and external parties to request suspension and reinstatement of cash collections
• Participating in UAT testing of new systems and improved processes.
• Analyzing data and determining service providers' machine servicing adjustments based on cost, efficiency, and Ops requests.
• Ensuring immediate escalation of breaches that could lead to NCP revenue loss due to missed Cash collection Service provider collections, adapting service for continuous cost-effective and efficient operation.
• Inputting revenue data into the CPMS system.
• Analyzing revenue data from NCP’s outsource systems (Simplyture, Skidata, Parkfolio).
• Developing and maintaining all necessary manuals associated with relevant processes, regularly updating to reflect correct practices.
• Liaising with both external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with J SOX and other obligations.
