You are a Trade Support Representative, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an... important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Responsible for assisting and resolving concerns of our paying customers over the phone, message center platform and email. They cater to a wide range of tasks from as simple as updating an email, to a more complicated task such as having difficult conversations about lead disputes. They also liaise effectively internally with other departments from Manila and Sydney to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transfer calls quickly and efficiently
• Liaise effectively internally with other departments, for example our Sales and Support team, to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed
• Understand all aspects of the business and products in order to support effectively
• Reply to inbound customer emails and enquiries with detailed response and action accordingly
• Handle all requests with due skill and care

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
• Good to excellent comprehension and written English skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
