This role delivers phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around the organization, and ensures the company brand is properly represented.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Prior Trade Show experience is a plus
• Strong time / project management skills
• Ability to see a project through from conception to delivery
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication required
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to travel 25% - 40%
• Food and beverage industry experience

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities
• Manages events calendar.
• Plans the scope of the events (e.g., time, location, program, attendees, cost) for the organization.
• Solicits bids from lodging, transportation, and event support services when they are not provided by the event host or sponsors (e.

g., photographers) as needed.
• Ensures contracts are accurate and approved by legal / management.
• Plans food and beverage service / entertainment.
• Coordinates with the Creative Team for signage, invitations, and marketing collateral.
• Works closely with Exhibit Management to ensure all aspects of production meet expectations.
• Collaborates with attendees and specific Project Manager throughout the entire process.
• Reviews event billings and approves payments.
