We Value:

· Expertise in sales and key account management.

· Experience in the technology sector, particularly in account management.
· Adept negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
· Over 5 years of experience in selling CCTV/IP cameras, video surveillance, and access control systems, with established UAE market connections.
Responsibilities Include:

· Cultivating partner relationships, guiding on solution benefits, and ensuring staff training for successful deployments.
· Collaborating with Channel Partners to identify and seize sales opportunities, thereby growing our customer base and revenue.
· Strategically adding new channel partners and aiding the sales team in closing end-user deals.
· Supporting sales objectives and discovering new reseller partners.
· Utilizing lead and project tracking software to monitor sales activities.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of Video Surveillance and Access Control solutions.
· Proven customer-facing experience and a record of sales achievements.
· Familiarity with physical security solutions is advantageous.
· Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation and computer proficiency.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
