Key Responsibilities:
• Playing a vital role as a Support Consultant in Manhattan's continuous customer success and engagement journey.
• Collaborating with existing clients to facilitate software upgrades, troubleshoot Tier 3 level issues, and oversee new implementations.
• Analyzing and resolving functional issues related to supply chain software solutions.
• Working closely with analysts to address issues and conduct testing for client-specific enhancements.
• Engaging in activities such as client communication, testing, issue resolution, and pre- or post-implementation support.

• Completion of a four-year bachelor's... degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing, supporting, or implementing application software.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing, supporting, or implementing packaged application software.
• Proficiency in database troubleshooting or development using SQL or related relational databases.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a bonus.
• No travel restrictions to the United States.
