Design to create Morden Asia fusion cocktail and beverage menu.
- Ensures bar at stock level and maintain inventory.
- Ensure all work and service areas in operational conditions.
- Track product turn over and sales.
- Maintains budget and monitors costs.
- Maintains food and beverage recipe
- Handle operation reports amd documentation.
- Oversees planning for special events.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to both service and bar staff include rostering and work stations
- Selects purchases, cost control for liquor and bar supplies.
- Manage, trains and promotes staff as according to standard and procedure.
- Assist marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity.
- Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
- Maintain outlet housekeeping and overall readiness.
- Uses of point-of-sale tracking technology and food beverage management platforms.
- Ensure daily customer service quality
• * Requirements**:

- Proven 3 years in similar club and lounge capacity.
... Professional certificate in hotel and restaurant or bar management a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office
- Supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
