Responsibilities:
• Manages sales of direct account and distributor account to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues, meet and exceed all sales & target assigned to the region
• Follow and ensure smooth introduction of new project & new product include sample delivery, customer meeting, etc.
• Identify new opportunities, develop and implement sales development plan to ensure good quality project pipelines consistently
• Collaborate with Product Line team, internal planning team, and distributor to ensure smooth project win and smooth delivery & shipment
• Ensure accurate project & sales forecast

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or component distributor management experience in B2B market
• Solid exposure in consumer electronics market and/or battery industry is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Ability to speak... and write Japanese / Korean language is preferable
• Experience to work for Korean industrial market is advantageous
• Station at Taiwan, occasionally travel to Asian countries is required
