Civil Project Manager, also known as Construction Project Managers; oversee large construction projects. They supervise subcontractors, attend project progress meeting and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations. They are charged with ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 10+ years' experience as a civil engineer, with 5+ years in project management Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations
• Experience working on largescale projects
• Familiarity with LEED standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact with... clients, project sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
• Identify and procure all necessary resources (e.g., materials, equipment, personnel) to complete the project according to plan
• Knowledge of BOQ calculations in order to cross check materials requirements given by site engineers.
• Meet with construction managers and coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors.
• Review land surveys, assess project estimates and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans and review potential safety issues.
• Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status and costs.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications
• Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
• Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits
• Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
• Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project
• Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way
• Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients
• Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives within defined timelines and budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., contractors, regulatory agencies) as needed to facilitate project progress
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Manage project closeout activities, including final acceptance of deliverables by the client
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
• Visiting all sites regularly to ensure all sites are progressing accordingly.

Salary:
Rp30,000,000 per month
