To perform responsible technical secretarial work involving the processing and maintenance of calibration documents and records inventory. Monitor and maintain the tracker of all job orders and technical information of the laboratory.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure a conflict-free working environment
• Ensure all operations and activities are accident free
• Protect and preserve the rights and claims of the company
• Perform daily housekeeping to ensure a clean and neat working environment
• Encode, maintain, monitor, track all information required for the laboratory tracker
• Prepare and monitor work order
• Record incoming and outgoing equipment
• Prepare and check calibration tag details.
• Check data consistency and discrepancies between the data sheets, calibration tags, work order, certificates, and certificate issuance.
• Encode certificates should it be necessary
• Accomplish technical log books, forms, master list, and monitor its uses and revisions
• Update, maintain and keep... technical records in order.
• Interact with the administrative personnel to meet interrelated forms between technical and administration.
• Operate phone, fax and other means of communication as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of in and outs equipment both received and served.
• Proper reports should be generated such as but not limited to month-end report
• Supports QA in ensuring that all laboratory calibration job requests are well observed and meet necessary lead-time.
• Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.
• Employee is required to demonstrate “professional behavior” in performing their job; this includes behaviour, with customers, suppliers and co-employees.

Minimum Requirement:
• Graduate of Secretarial Course/ Business Administration/HRD Management or any Vocational or two-year Technical Course or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Has the ability to review and evaluate the work assigned by the technical and sales department/heads effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Solid communication skills
• Pleasing personality, responsible, organize, approachable, and open minded.
• Good Time Management Skills
• Good Health
• Knowledge in computer applications such as MS Excel, Ms Word, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; business arithmetic and basic account record keeping
• Has the ability to operate computer, calculator and other common office machines.
• Has the ability to operate communication paraphernalia
• Can understand and can carry out oral and written instructions
