Company Description:

Renty is a tech-driven firm specializing in acquiring residential properties for short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb. We also offer private investors avenues to grow their financial assets through residential property investments.

Responsibilities:

· Build an affiliate network of residential real estate partners in Greece and throughout the world

· Communicate and maintain relationship with partners and clients in Greece and throughout the world

· Work with incoming leads

· Fulfill the sales plan

· Coordinate the full cycle of residential real estate deals

· Prepare sales presentations and proposals

· Accompany clients to view residential real estate properties

· Successfully deal with customers’ objections and doubts

· Provide and maintain a high level of customer service

· Negotiate on the terms of residential real estate deals

· Successfully close the deals

· Maintaining necessary documentation and CRM... reporting

· Monitor market trends that may affect clients demand

Requirements:

· Specialized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

· Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel/real estate/residential development industry

· Previous experience as a senior sales manager and proven track record

· Previous experience as a residential real estate agent will be an advantage

·Previous experience in private banking, high-net-worth-individuals (HNWIs) communication, investment products sales will be an advantage

· Knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks for residential real estate deals

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Profound knowledge of Greek real estate sales and investment market

· Ability to work in collaboration with other team members and achieve results together

· Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans

· Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends

· Strong leadership skills

· High competency in MS Office

· Ability to work with task trackers and CRM systems (especially ClickUp and Hubspot)

· Greek language C2 level

· Proficiency in English with a minimum level of B2

· Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Responsibility and reliability

Conditions:

· Salary: 1700 euros fix and performance-based bonus
