Role Overview: As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects within our organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects, from initiation through to completion, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing... regular project status updates and reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• 6-8 years in IT and 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
