We're partnering with a leading BPO consultancy to find a talented Multilingual speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Riga, Latvia! This on-site position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers of a payment platform, providing exceptional support across multiple channels.

Tasks
• Assist customers using a payment platform by resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Document case resolutions within the company's contact center tool based on customer interactions.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently within established timeframes.
• Escalate urgent matters to team leads according to client specifications.
• Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain clear communication with both internal and external contacts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quality standards on all interactions.
• Follow the assigned work schedule and arrive promptly for shifts.
• Manage customer... contacts while meeting project performance targets for response time, call handling time, and resolution rates.
• Participate in training programs to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
• C1 proficiency in Polish, German, Swedish, Finnish, German, Dutch, Danish or Norwegian (both spoken and written)
• B1+ fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Previous customer service experience in an outsourced environment (a plus)
• Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there
• EU citizenship or a valid Latvian work permit
• Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy
• Positive, friendly, self-motivated with a strong team mentality
• Service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including part-time within legal limits) and adapt to changing priorities
• Clean background check required (no criminal record)
