Global iTero Services Commercial Sr. Manager plays a key role in developing, leading, and driving key services commercial strategies.

In this role, you will This role is an exciting opportunity to guide commercial strategies and deliver world class service offerings to our customers.

The Global iTero Services Commercial Sr. Manager plays a key role in developing, planning, and driving key commercial and go-to-market initiatives for the Global Services business and will work directly with various global and regional commercial leaders to execute growth initiatives and impactful value-added service offerings.

Develop go-to-market strategies for impactful commercial services programs and incremental revenue streams through added-value services.

End-to-end responsibility from formulation to collaborative implementation in the Regions. In collaboration with Regional Services leaders, implement and drive our critical services initiatives within the region... educates countries leaders and partners, support sales efforts around services offerings, value and opportunities, and monitor performance.

Service agreements : partner in the development of service plans and manage the rollout with Regional counterparts to align with market needs and company goals.

Manage all actions required to launch new services offering including facilitating the readiness of product / software, IT systems, contract requirements, marketing, operations, and the tracking of relevant key success factors and insights reporting.

Maintain close links with internal customers from individual company P&Ls (Regions, operation, product, legal and Finance), including regular operational reviews and act as resource for Services commercial initiatives in a matrix organization.

Collaborate with team colleagues to support overall Services’ business strategic commercialization plans, including management of third-party vendor offerings.

Formulate meaningful customer communication strategy and collaborate with Marketing to develop assets associated with new features and offerings for current service offerings and or commercial programs.

Data and Insights : Conduct in-depth market analysis including preparation and delivery of reports on service-related market trends and customer feedback to relevant stakeholders with consistent cadence Other duties as assigned Additional responsibilities : Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to associated with all projects.

understand cost / benefit relationships. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE 10+ years of strategic commercial or marketing roles with an emphasis on developing and executing on commercial strategies globally BS or BA required, MBA a plus WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS Regular business hours in Align’s Petach Tikva, Israel Early or late business hours may be required on occasion depending on location and assigned project work with Align locations in Tel Aviv, Israel, and European and Asia Pacific countries.
