Company Description

Arrowheads Consultants with its partner, a Luxembourg based Compliance Services Provider, are scaling up their proven compliance solutions to the global stage, based on our ethos of excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for some committed and ambitious individuals to join us in this mission.

Selected candidates will get the opportunity to join an ambitious team and be exposed to jurisdictions such as Mauritius, Dubai, and Luxembourg, to name a few.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the onboarding of clients;
• Conducting PEP, Sanctions screening and adverse media search and discounting of false positives;
• Assist in conducting AML/CFT Audits for clients.
• Assist in the implementation of tailored AML/CFT framework for clients.
• Assist in the verification of due diligence documents and customer risk assessments.
• Assist in drafting and formatting of reports.
• Ensure clients records are maintained as per internal procedures.
• Assist in conducting... onboarding and file reviews for clients.
• Be responsible to coordinate with stakeholders and diarise meetings.
• Providing regular updates and follow ups with clients within agreed time frames.
• Take on ad hoc assignments and complete within agreed time frame.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by management.

Skills and Experience Required
• HSC/Degree holder (e.g LLB, Law & Management, Management), ACAMS or looking at taking ACAMS or International Graduate Diploma Financial Crime Compliance by FSI.
• Ideally, a minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Administration or Compliance roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within agreed deadlines.
• Excels in written and verbal english.
• Ambitious, committed and disciplined.
