Developing new Key Accounts & managing the same.Pursue Active Sales by interacting with Consultants, Contractors & ClientsAnalyzing RFQs, technical specification, contract documents, preparation of bid compliance, techno - commercial proposals, Scrutiny and review of Contracts/Tenders/Enquiry/Offer.Carrying out Negotiations & Finalization of order.Giving application & installation advice to customers, and after sales support involving co-ordination with the service team.Ensure timely collection of advance payments.Actively work towards Target Achievement in terms of Order booking, Client retention, Client Satisfaction, adding new clients to the portfolio etc. as defined by the Management,Liaison & coordination with overseas principalsAchieving the targets on a consistent basis.Sales forecasting & inventory managementReporting & MIS, implementing all guidelines received from the Management time to time. Graduate Mechanical Engineers with 4+ years hands-on experience in sales of HVAC... projects for various segments like industrial projects, commercial establishments, hotels, hospitals, Malls, etc.Candidates should have technical knowledge of various HVAC systems (CHW systems, DX Systems, Packaged Acs etc.) and their applications. They should also possess the experience and ability to manage all aspects of sales including Customer/Principal relations
