Basic Salary £30k upwards plus commission. New desk build. Contract guarantees available for the right candidates.

The Company

This specialist IT recruitment agency based in Bromley have been established for five years and have grown extensively in that time to billing around the £20m mark. This business is a contract recruitment business predominantly but they do also do have healthy perm revenue. This business are 100% office based and there is no hybrid or remote work which works well for the team, everyone lives local to the office and there is a fantastic team culture of hard work and also socialising outside of work.

The Role
• A tech recruitment consultant will come into this position and ideally work on Microsoft markets namely Power Apps and D365.
• As a 360 degrees recruitment consultant you will be sourcing candidates, managing clients and doing sales to pick up more clients
• As this is a new desk you will have a lot of ownership and freedom to build this. There will be... the option for Senior consultants to build a team around them. You can have management experience already or you will be mentored and coaxed on managing and building a team if and when you are ready.

• Opportunity to move to the USA in the future if you wished to. They recruit into UK, Europe and the USA and are hiring on all teams. If you join the USA team there is an option to relocate in future. It isn't essential as you can recruit the USA market from their Bromley office.
• This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during COVID, is cash rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add 20 people in the next few years
• Commission is matched to the margin % on GP so a 20% margin will get you 20% commission. For Perm placements you will get 15% and 20% when you are a Principal Consultant.

• If you come from a Contract recruitment background and will be leaving behind a billing desk we will discuss options to have a guaranteed commission for a period of time on entry to this client.

The requirements
• Previous tech recruitment consultant 360 experience (3 plus years ideally however they can hire at several levels)
• A desire to build a new area, someone who will be excited to research and learn about a new area to become and subject matter expert and to build this new revenue stream
• You must enjoy building something and doing Business Development this is a ground up desk build

You must live within a 30-minute commute door to door of the office in Bromley and be happy working in the office 100% of the time. (There may be flexibility on this for very experienced candidates
