• Efficiently manage and organize administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Provide high-level secretarial support to executives and other team members.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments.

Experience Requirements:
• Proven experience as a senior secretary or executive assistant in a corporate setting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus.
