Mozaik Education is an education technology and content developer company. Having started as a textbook publisher more than 30 years ago. Our users are from more than 100 countries. We do provide our content and software in 40+ languages.

Working at Mozaik, you will be based at the company’s headquarters in Szeged, Hungary. This position is in our international business and sales department whose main responsibility is to provide support for our already existing partners, hold training about #mozaBook, #mozaWeb, #CadaVR, and #markr, and generate and follow-up sales leads.

Versatility will be crucial, during the course of your working day you may find yourself involved in a variety of tasks: building new partnerships with potential distributors and publisher partners; executing account management activities and supporting our existing clients in improving their sales results; providing both online and on-site presentations and training to our partners; making the necessary... arrangements for attending exhibitions worldwide etc. This broad variety of tasks will enable you to experience and improve various skills while also granting you better overall insight and the chance to explore different fields of our global business.

Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads by finding possible business partners, making initial contact, engaging and negotiating with diverse organizations (distributors, publishers, public authorities) with the ultimate goal of forging business deals and long-term partnerships;
• Manage and improve your account portfolio’s business performance by proactively consulting with customer contacts on possible upselling opportunities, marketing cooperations and joint tender bids;
• Support your existing customer base in finding answers to their questions and issues while using and distributing Mozaik products;
• The role includes market research, communication (phone, e-mail, Zoom, Whatsapp, etc.) with parties outside the company and also internally as needed, occasional travels abroad to events and meetings;
• Conduct training sessions for existing and potential clients, for schools/teachers, and provide live demos of Mozaik’s products upon request, mostly online;
• Compile legal documents as well as quotations for management approval, meeting memos and business reports;
• Perform administrative tasks, such as keeping up-to-date records of your business activities, managing invoicing/collection process with the Finance department;

Requirements
• Confident and fluent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written;
• Fluency in an additional foreign language;
• Business and customer-focused mindset;
• 1-3 years experience working in sales/marketing/teaching;
• Flexibility and urge to work in all stages of the sales process;
• Adept at holding online and/or personal presentations and building relationships with clients;
• Ability to define and pursue own goals, create own projects, and have purpose to improve;
• BA/BSc Equivalent;
