· Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.

· Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and applications as needed.

· Managing CCTV Cameras, Printers, Projectors, Biometric machine and any IT Equipment’s.

· Managing Laptops and Systems

· Maintain Stock register of IT Equipment’s

· Prepare the list of IT Infrastructure required for organization and effective Implementation

· Monitor system performance and security to ensure efficiency, reliability, and data integrity.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.

· Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.

· Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical support and solutions accordingly.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.

· Implement and... enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance, security, and efficient operations.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance the school's IT capabilities.

· Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.


· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

· Proven experience as a System Administrator or a similar role in managing IT infrastructure, preferably in an educational institution or a similar environment.

· Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux/Unix-based operating systems.

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, etc.).

· Familiarity with system monitoring tools and cybersecurity best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
