Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. Security and safety: Basic security clearance.
