As the Digital Marketing Manager at Convergix, you will be at the helm of our digital presence. Your core responsibilities involve managing, administering, and optimizing all digital channels. Your mission? To elevate the Convergix brand across diverse online platforms.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing the position to be based in any one of our CONVERGIX locations in the Oakville, Cambridge, or London areas, with occasional travel to other offices as required.

What would a typical day be like?

Website Management
• Create and manage website content, design, and functionality; optimizing site performance and user experience; coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and design; implementing SEO strategies to increase site visibility; analyzing website metrics and user feedback to drive customer engagement.
• Develop high-converting landing pages for events, campaigns, and webinar registrations. Monitor traffic and performance metrics to optimize... results.
• Ensure web security and maintenance, safeguarding websites against errors, downtime, cyberattacks. Also adept at web maintenance tasks like backup, restore, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
• Own lead management, handling inflow from websites, social platform, tradeshows, and other sources.

External Digital Footprint
• Drive advanced social media marketing initiatives i.e. LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, including analytics tracking.
• Manage webinar platforms, handle invites, and track participant engagement. Integrate data seamlessly with the CRM systems.
• Support marketing campaigns by leveraging CRM-driven email lists and associated analytics using Pardot and Salesforce services.
• Oversee tradeshow digital requirements, including lead management through salesforce.

Google AdWords and Analytics
• Google AdWords Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize Google AdWords campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of budget and maximizing ROI.
• Google Analytics Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for key performance indicators across various web channels (website, social media, etc.). Analyze user metrics, bounce rates, and other relevant parameters to identify areas for improvement.

What qualifies you for this opportunity?
• Extensive experience in WordPress, Sitecore, or other cutting-edge web technologies
• Proficient in Adobe Suite for creating and editing digital content, including logos, graphics, and designs in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for online distribution and professional print preparation.
• Extensive expertise in Google AdWords, Analytics; proficient with email automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and key word research.
• Competency in Salesforce CRM / Pardot technologies
• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
• Demonstrates a keen sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Ability to analyze consume metrics, reports, and trends
• Strong project management and managerial skills
• Familiarity with website coding would be advantageous
• Reliable transportation and an ability to travel; the ability to travel within the US and Canada

Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
