As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to make our customers shine in the eyes of their passengers. We’re seeking someone with at least 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, a background with marketing automation, and a passion for creative writing. While we have many other requirements, it’s essential that this candidate is self-driven and continuously striving to raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Go to Market:
• Work closely with product management to ensure a clear understanding of products, product roadmap and represent the voice of the customer.
• Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
• Ability to complete both quantitative and qualitative market research.
• Market research - be the expert on our customers, who are they, and their urgent and pervasive pain points.
• Own go-to-market strategy and the execution of product launches for our products including launch planning, market research, content/collateral creation, use case research and sales enablement.
• Exceptional ROI analysis skills, the ability to quantify the value to the customer.

Messaging and Positioning:
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.
• Ability to create compelling sales collateral and marketing materials.
• Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support internally and externally.
• Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and comfortable presenting at speaking engagements and webinars.
• Leverage your creative writing skills to produce persuasive content to communicate the benefits of our solutions to our customers, the buyer’s journey and customers challenges for case studies, brochures and solution sheets.
• Collaborate on RFPs where needed to produce high-quality, accurate responses.

• Develop and maintain competitive analysis and battlecards.
• Understand and support other teams such as sales and customer success; train them on the problems we solve for our customers and give them the tools required to succeed.

• Strong people skills, a collaborative team player that can interact with customers and co-workers at all levels.
• Comfortable with technology and marketing tools such as Pardot, Wordpress, Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Travel within North America up to 15%.
