Duties and responsibilities:• Parent Relations Executive will foster strong connections between the school and families, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and involvement.• Address parents' concerns, suggestions, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.• Act as a liaison between parents and the school, coordinating community events, school activities, and responding to parental concerns.Professional responsibilities:• Set an exemplary, positive tone for the BCD community, modelling the school's purpose, principles, practices, and values.• Implement effective parent relations strategies and develop a seamless parent experience.• Conduct social and networking events to foster a strong sense of community among parents.• Assist admissions with school tours, open days, and promotional activities.• Communicate clearly with parents about school activities and events.• Foster transparent and effective communication with both new and existing parents.• Address parents... suggestions, feedback, and concerns promptly through approved channels.• Keep records of interactions, enquiries, and concerns, ensuring proper escalation and closure.• Gather feedback from parents, conduct surveys to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.• Perform exit interviews with parents of leaving pupils and update the database.• Provide regular reports regarding parental requests, enquiries, and feedback.• Support the admissions and pastoral teams with parent liaison as necessary.• Carry out administrative tasks as delegated by the direct line manager and senior leadership teams.• Ensure adherence to BCD policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.• Uphold strict punctuality standards and consistently attend work during core hours.Pastoral:• Maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.• Actively promote the social, moral, and cultural ethos of the College community.• Create an atmosphere of support by complying with College Policies, Code of Conduct, School Rules, and Anti-Bullying Policy.• Promote exemplary behaviour and responsible attitude amongst all pupils.• Be aware of and act upon all policies regarding the safeguarding of children.Person specification:• Ability to think innovatively and creatively to maintain high-quality connections with parents.• Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or similar field.• Strong administrative skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Competent in using technology and digital platforms.• Proven ability in managing sensitive and confidential data.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.• Understanding of the local culture and traditions
