Job Summary:

We are looking for an assistant project manager to join our team and support the organization, while providing direct assistance to the consultants to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish according to strict deadlines.

The assistant project manager's responsibilities include gathering information required for each project, creating files, and ensuring information is on the shared network. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as filing, and scheduling meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning and execution:
• Help develop project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
• Assist the consultants in booking workshops, requesting documents from clients and various other deliverables.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates to the consulting team on various project progress.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, and other project-related documents.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• An academic degree is preferred
• Previous experience in project coordination.

Skills and Competencies:
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
