The Boutique Operations Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all Operations, Human Resources, and sales marketing activities of the company.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 Years of Management experience in the highend tourism industry.
• University Degree.
• Advanced English.

• Direct and oversee all Operational, Human Resource, and Sales and Marketing functions of the business
• Focus on the big picture of how to continue to grow the company with an emphasis on increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.
• Proactively Identify and Fill gaps and solve problems when challenges arise
• Identify weaknesses in the company and make a plan and process to strengthen them
• Balance the workload among team members by developing and reorganizing roles
