Virtuoso, a leading technology provider, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Tech Support Team. This is an entry-level position with no experience required. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and eager to grow within a fast-paced and innovative industry.

What you will do
• Providing tech support to clients with a focus on quick resolution of incidents and great customer satisfaction.
• Processing of service requests, including new starter, leavers, device onboarding, and offboarding.
• Reviewing tickets created by clients, including categorisation and routing.
• Handling incoming client calls, logging tickets with correct categorization and resource assignment.
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Escalating tickets to our L2 and L3 engineers as per our... escalation process.
