We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our client in the Healthcare Sector. You will have the chance to indirectly impact the lives of New Zealanders!

As a service desk analyst, you will provide efficient and effective service desk support to customers and all other key stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to, monitoring calls and progress, providing support over the phone and incident management, maintaining appropriate documentation, escalating major incidents, etc.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Key Skills
• Proven experience in the support of MS Office applications including Office 2003/2007/2010
• Proven experience in the use of user provisioning tools such as ‘Activate’
• Sound understanding of MS Active Directory, Exchange tools, Citrix.
• Proven experience in the use of remote desktop tools (such as Windows Remote Desktop Connection)
• Sound understanding of ITIL principles
