We are looking for an energetic and experienced Market Development Lead (Baltics) at ZEN.COM to act as the Regional Manager for the Baltics region. This role is focused on growing the company's presence, customer acquisition, and revenues in the market. The Market Development Lead will be responsible for building Go-To-Market strategy for the entire region, establishing partnerships with industry leaders, attracting key e-commerce merchants to integrate ZEN payment and financial tools , driving product development efforts, engaging in negotiations with local banks and financial institutions, and actively seeking business opportunities. Additionally, the Market Development Lead will collaborate with the local regulator, analyze financial data, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with key market players.

Job Responsibilities
• Build and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for the Baltics region.
• Conduct a 360-degree review of customer needs and adapt ZEN's... functionality to meet local customers' requirements.
• Establish a network of partnerships with industry leaders, including banks, financial institutions, payment platforms, e-commerce infrastructure providers, and technological partners.
• Attract online businesses to use ZEN’s payment platform to process ecommerce payments.
• Drive product development efforts to ensure local customers can benefit from ZEN's offerings.
• Engage in active negotiations with local banks and financial institutions.
• Work closely with the local regulator to ensure compliance and navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
• Proactively seek business opportunities for the company in the market and implement growth strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
• Analyze financial data, identify revenue growth opportunities, and drive actions based on conclusions.
• Define and control the budget while optimizing expenses.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key market players, developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in customer relationships, transactions, or market conditions and take prompt actions to avoid and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance ZEN.COM's market position.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and keynotes to effectively showcase ZEN.COM's products and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Payments, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as a voice of the Baltics Market within ZEN.COM, providing valuable feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Represent ZEN on industry events across the Baltics region.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively while adhering to your schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Learn on the fly, multitask efficiently, and use multiple tools to identify and solve complex problems.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship/account management roles within the banking, payments, tech, or software/services B2B
• Exceptional soft skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full written and spoken fluency in Lithuanian and English, additional Baltic and/or European language is a plus.
• Ability to understand the big picture while navigating projects down to the smallest details.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness, with an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in presentation preparation and keynote skills.
• Proven consultative sales abilities and demonstrated ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments, and influence all levels within an organization to close sales.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and the ability to understand business plans / financials to create value for customers.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with demonstrated problem solving capabilities and ability to find innovative solutions.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to effectively manage a pipeline and be an organized administrator working within a defined sales process.
