We are seeking a highly... motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team in Porto. This role will support our COO in various tasks, including property hunting, process facilitation, documentation management and more. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


- Assist the COO in identifying and evaluating potential property investments in Porto area.

- Conduct market research to support property acquisition strategies.

- Coordinate property viewings and liaise with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all investment processes, including contracts, reports, and legal documents.

- Track and manage deadlines for various property acquisition and management processes.

- Alongside with the legal department, support due diligence processes by collecting and organizing necessary information and documents.

- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Provide administrative support to the COO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in real estate, investment, or a related industry is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Fluency in English and Portuguese are mandatory.
