We are looking for a skilled Workplace Operations Manager to join our team in Argentina. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker and operational leader with a solid background in human resources and office management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our local team while adhering to global HR standards and company values.

Compensation: $2, $2,600.00 monthly (US Dollars) DOE

Contract Phase:
• Initial phase: Start as a contractor working remotely.
• Future phase: Join our Buenos Aires office as a full-time employee.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
• Handle all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with US HR for payroll processing in Argentina.
• Develop... HR policies that align with legal standards and company values.
• Act as the main point of contact for office management in Argentina.
• Organize office procedures to optimize effectiveness.
• Conduct staff meetings to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Support employee training and development in Argentina.
• Manage performance reviews and address employee issues.
• Coordinate with IT for office equipment and technological support.
• Maintain a safe and compliant office environment.
• Assist with miscellaneous HR tasks as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR and office management, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
