We are looking to hire a Head of Warehouse & Fulfillment to help manage and scale our... operations.

We are an adaptable, solution-focused, fast-paced team looking for energetic people who would like to have a rare opportunity to join one of Canada’s fastest growing companies.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead the team of Warehouse Managers that runs the day-to-day warehouse & fulfillment operations across the country (and soon in the US!) to exceed SLAs and KPIs
• Oversee all verticals of the warehouse & fulfillment operations including: receiving operations, putaway, pick and pack, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, wholesale fulfillment, cross-facility transfers, co-packing services, outbound shipping and special projects
• Work with the Warehouse Managers to continuously improve and adjust the warehouse operations based on the evolution of the business to enable scalability, improve accuracy, and reduce cost
• Build a strategic warehouse & fulfillment plan with prioritized projects/initiatives, support requests, and risk call-outs
• Own and be accountable for all warehouse health, safety and wellness standards
• Build scalable processes/SOPs that can be re-applied across all facilities
• Collaborate with the product and technology team to road map, implement, and improve product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruiting, Procurement, Sales, Finance, etc.) on strategic initiatives to support the warehouse & fulfillment team’s operations
• Build an organization and a work environment that drives a safe and engaging employee experience
• Handle and problem solve major warehouse & fulfillment escalations in a rapid change/growth environment

• Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 10+ years of relevant professional work experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehousing, and/or distribution
• 5+ years of facility management leadership experience
• Experience driving fulfillment KPIs and facility efficiency
• Experience implementing eCommerce fulfillment strategies
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong leadership in managing a fast-paced operations
• Experience managing and coaching a large workforce of managers and hourly supervisors / team members
