Responsibilities:

Company Description:
• Stock-take and detect stock loss include but not limited to frozen food, chili food, raw materials.
• Visit stock take location including wet markets, food factory, retail store, warehouses.
• Audit of store receiving and cashing handling procedures
• Monitor and check back-store receiving to ensure compliance
• Ensure accurate of inventory records and conduct loss prevention investigation and support operations
• Prepare inventory report
• Support ad hoc job as assigned

Requirements:
• Form 7 / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 3 year experience in inventory control, experience in food, F&B industry will be an advantage
• Knowledge on manage inventory results and records
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft office and application, knowledge of VBA will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is... advantage

Job Description
• Perform daily accounting duties for general ledger
• Keep proper accounting of transactions, ensure all transactions are checked, supported and recorded, and properly accounted
• Maintain full set of accounting books, ensure proper calculation, classification and accounting method are used
• Ensure compliance on company policies / requirements and flag irregularities
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce periodic reports

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ of experience in accounting position, prefer in Retail/leasing industry
• University degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Member or Student Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Google workspace is an advantage
• Good time management, detail minded and good communication skills
• Able to work independently, to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Immediate available is highly preferred
