Senior Sales/Account Manager

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Sales-Account Manager / Territory Manager to join our WE53 Athens Sales team.

You will be responsible for representing WE53 technical solution in Athens across top venues and directly engage with top stakeholders of the HoReCa industry – Big HoReCa Companies CMOs, Athens’ top Hotel Owners and key industry influencers.

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager for the Attica region.

The right candidate is strongly commercially driven, fluent with corporate culture, energetic, sales and results-oriented. They have good communication skills and reliability. As a Senior Account Manager you are a real networker and you have a relevant network in HoReCa.

What will you do
• Pitch WE53 Service, presenting the benefits of WE53 solution and the benefits it brings to all our Partners
• Discuss agreement details and close the deal including full contract sign-off process accountability
• Keep an eye on the important KPIs and be in close contact with your colleagues
• Focus on Business Partners needs and provide customized solutions
• Prepare reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts utilizing internal tools
• Identifying opportunities within the territory by continuously monitoring the market

Job Requirements

As a Senior Account Manager you meet the following competencies and job requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HoReCa Sales is necessary
• Previous experience in online services delivery platform (ie. efood, wolt, etc) is highly appreciated
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluency with daily gadgets/tech devices
• you have close affinity to HoReCa and F&B industry
• you are a born acquirer
• you are a go-getter and do not get discouraged when you are told no
• you like customer contact
• you are flexible and can switch quickly when necessary
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills in a fast- paced environment.
• College or university degree
• Fluent in English & Greek
• you are in possession of a driving license B
