Our client is seeking a Country Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Zambia. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company’s strategy in the country to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the local team in alignment with global strategies.
• Continuously assess and adjust strategies to respond to market changes and opportunities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company in Zambia, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure the company adheres to all local laws and regulations related to betting and gambling.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all... required licenses and permits are obtained and maintained.

• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
