Supplementing or superseding general requirements
• Providing Coupa and SAP configuration required to support inbound and outbound interfaces between the two systems
• Collaborating / consulting with Coupa administrator (or other designees) regarding current and future integrations, including, but not limited to, design considerations, SAP impact, and potential Coupa functional enhancements
• Providing servicemanagement support associated with execution of Coupa interfaces
• Provide integration support, from SAP up to the interface "handshake"

• Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
• Proven problemsolver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, enabling to quickly understand the drivers of a business process.
• Should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast paced environment
• Ability to translate functional requirements from end users into... technical requirements for development teams
• Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications in English.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamworkbased tendencies
• Working schedule flexibility
• 3+ years of Coupa technical and integration experience
• 6+ years of SAP or comparable product functional / technical experience

• Tasks, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests fulfilment processes.
• Perform needed configurations and development of in scope technology and tools
• Works with mínimal direction from the technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
• Understands the company strategy and the role that the individual plays.
• Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.
• Uses and contributes to technical forums within the company environment and local professional communities and technical user groups.
• Capable to work with multicultural teams to support solutions across Coupa and SAP modules.
• Capable to solve issues performing necessary investigation steps such as troubleshooting, diagnostics and optimization/implementation of solution.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple service tickets each with their separate deadlines
